I agree with hopinso in reply to your query.

As is said, The Master Cleanse is just that (a cleanse).
The Master Cleanse would create deficiencies if too prolonged as would a mono-juice diet, so malnourishment would eventually be the end result, or what some refer to as "starvation mode".
