I was taking the traditional Black-Walnut , cloves, Wormwood and some other herbs (prepackaged). It worked but caused a very dry mouth. Then I stopped and now my symptoms are worse. Whatever I take (except the original tincture causes really bad die-off symptoms which mainly mean my blood Sugar crashes and I get palpitations and feel very stressed out). I also have adrenal fatigue. The herbs did work, I just didn't take enough of them. The best thing is to rotate this with something else like propolis or oregano oil so you don't get resistance.
