I have been oil pulling on and off for the past year. I now exclusively do it with coconut oil because you get all the advantage of oil pulling:
getting rid of toxins which feed candida
PLUS the advantage of tthe antifungal property of coconut oil:
getting rid of candida in the mouth (on the tongue).

I highly recommend it.
