Valerie, or anyone who knows....
I book marked the site....thank you, but maybe I missed something. I've been taught to "listen to my body', and not to ignore urges to eat, or eliminate, because they go away, and you get constipated, or skinny..lol....so when ny bowels wantto expell the enema too early, do I resist the urge or HOLD, and hope it will pass?
