Spud; I must say I trust your proof much more than the "scientific" ones. This girl is better every summer; so I think she will be fine the next months; as summer starts right now.
When the long winter comes she probably have to supplement with vit. D; for the anti inflammation effect. I also told her to mix VCO with Iodine drops for suncream.

Usually I try on myself any remedy or supplement before I suggest it for other. So I bought a "bucket" of seal oil capsules myself to try it out. This is the first oil capsules my stomach could take without problems; and after 3 weeks use I can tell it is a positive experience; softer skin and possibly more flexible muscles.
