Hi G keeping nails clean and short is a start. Never put the hands in the mouth. Use ammonia to wash your bedding and underware daily. It is good that you are keeping everything vacuumed and clean. Don't let animals in your house they will spread the eggs etc. I hope this helps. I believe the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol will stop the PW life cycle.MW
