After your Liver Flush you are most likely dehydrated. Can you feel the water sloshing around? if not your body has absorbed the water. Make sure you drink water, warm water will hydrate the cells quicker. If you need to expel toxins. I suggest you do a larger capacity like 2 quart enema perhaps increasing the salinity so that your body does not absorb it. Use Sea Salt or Epsom Salt and cool water.
