Thank you. That is precisely what I was thinking. I had my thyroid tested before finding this board and they told me nothing was wrong. I have no idea what exactly they tested for. I may request that info. I have cold hands and feet. I have started supplementing with iodine. I've been doing 3 drops of Lugols a day plus taking Calcium and Magnesium. No Selenium yet because I haven't purchased any. I've been on the Iodine 2-3 weeks and did a paint test this morning. It's already invisible. That was 4.5 hours ago. That tells me I'm mighty deficient!

Please share any other thoughts. Thanks!
