I have been having the milk in the AM - nuts/seeds/or meat at lunch, and cooked vegetable soup in the evening. Pretty much all raw.. (except for the fish - which I have had only twice in the past month).

This evening soup will sometimes contain a small amount of green pees and lima beans...

I should alkalize if I keep on this regimine...
