really? I thought B1 was making people gain weight by increasing the appetite, in fact at the beginning it did increase mine, now I don't notice sensible differences.
What's the advantage of a co-enzymeted formula?

thank you so much for this info, I'm now wondering:
if I was so deficient of vit B, given that I'm not an alchoolist and my diet has always been pretty good, could it be that I'm lacking of some coenzyme and my body can't utilize the vitamin coming from normal food sources? because I don;t understand why I'm so deficient
