It's amazing to listen to you and others (like Anne33 in particular) who have been doing this for about a month. At first y'all are so full of anxiety and freakin' out about everything. One y'all get started, y'all have a bazillion how-to questions. But after about a month of juice fasting and cleansing, your language changes! You start talking about "jazzing up juices with strawberries and Celery leaves," drool, drool, and my mouth starts watering, too! Yum! You start talking about reproduction and husbands massaging you, because subconsciously, you "feel like a woman" again. :-D Yes, you dump a bunch of physical and emotional garbage, and then you start pouring out LOVE to everyone, wanting to smother everybody with hugs and kisses.
I stopped "the program" for three weeks while my son was here on leave (with Uny's understanding), and I can't tell you the stark contrast between how I feel today and how I felt a month ago. Once you start feeling fantastic, you NEVER want to go back to your old habits. A lot of people my age feel run-down, sick, and tired, or they are already getting into some serious health trouble. They chalk it up to age and just live with it, but, man! I can't believe how bad I was feeling now that I have experienced the IP.
Honestly, I think "everybody" should do a 30 day juice fast with the bowel, liver, and kidney cleansing, with the coffee enemas, the high enemas, the herbal programs, the contrast showers, lots of Superfood, and the exercising in fresh air and sunshine plus running around/playing barefoot in the yard as a minimum.
Keep going, Tierra. You're going to inspire many to turn their lives around and get going on a natural healing path.
Luv U back,
Wings
