I have a greater need for sulfur also...or so it seems. Store bought sulfur supplements of any kind overwhelm me and cause me head/brain problems, and upping my epsom salt causes loose bowels, so I know food is the only way to go for me. That's one of the reasons I have upped my kelp intake.
