Maliaka, one or even a series of several enemas of 2-3 cups of water will most likely not get you as "clean" as you expect. Most likely these enemas are only reaching a small portion of colon unless you are using more water like 2-4 quarts and are conscious of the water moving into greater areas of the colon.
I eat a pretty clean diet ( large percent raw, vegetarian with very little pasta, little wheat, some cheese I must admit and it takes a series of several 2 quart enemas to run clear.
These small volume enemas are great for clearing the rectum I suppose, yet again more volume is needed to reach further. What is ocurring is you are clearing your rectum of matter and more is in queue to enter from the intestines. I'm sure someone else can provide more technical advice for you. Mine being use larger capacity enemas if you are concerned with clearing more area 2-4 quarts, massage the intestines, do shoulder stands if you are so inclined and be conscious of the water moving into greater areas. The coffee enemas are not seemingly needed for the concerns you expressed. I would also consider ( i am considering) giving up all paste foods, pasta, wheat and glutens, dairy etc...
A great jump start might be a series of several colonics from an experienced practicioner that will reach the ascending and descending colon and clean out a much greater area.
