Thank you for posting this chris. Let's be honest, Olivia (or anyone else) SHOULD NOT fast for this length of time without proper supervision. This is incredibly dangerous...period.

Please Olivia, if you decide to do a third fast, only do so under the supervision of a medical doctor. There is no reason to take a chance on doing permanent damage to your body.

You and your husband seem to be wonderful and loving people/parents, if for no other reason please have your fast supervised for your children.
