Thanks for sharing encouragement. Since you have done so many cleanses, have you ever found any way to keep from being exhausted afterwards? Just did one this morning and got out lots of junk, but all day and now as it approaches evening, just typing this message is an effort! Someone recommended baking soda & salt in the enema bag & I used the formula given. Also did other things to try to build up my system. Didn't help. Nothing I've tried has helped so far. I feel like a slug and it usually takes at least 24 hours to perk up.
