no , it means dandelion , chamomile and peppermint teas slow down phase 1 , thus reducing toxin load on phase 2

dandelion also increases some phase 2 detox enzymes

by the way i found some dandelion tea at the health store that hasnt been roasted.they had a pretty good selection of teas tbh , around 40!
