I'm so hooked on it. It's like MSG. I can easily take 6-12Tbsp a day. I'm not sure if one can OD on that stuff!?! I do know that RedStar nutritional yeast is fortified with Vit. B (unnatural?), so I should probably go easy on that. Is there any nutritional yeast not fortified with vitamins so that I can eat w/o guilt?
