I was on line lately and I was googling Malodors and things that could help. it seems like the odors involving TMAU and other diseases are not normal odors that can be taken away with house hold products and just plain ole soap and water. I did come across a website about vitaco soaps and some of them actuallly contain an ingredient called triclosan which is suppose to be effective against bacteria and yeast. This soap is suppose to be good for malodors and is suppose to help remove malodors within 4 weeks. the website is http://www.vitaco-cosmetics.com/soap.html
from silk road. This ingredient Triclosan, I'm alittle concerned because they are saying on other sites that triclosan when mixed with water(that contains choline)makes bacteria. But triclosan is found in lots of house hold products even tooth paste. But of course it may be worth trying because I believe this soap is made from Asian people and some of the soaps contain actual vitamins. I know some have been having skin problems but I was thinking if it would be worth a try because a lot of things that some of the sites for odors say work only works against certain types of odors not so much as malodors which is what most of us are battling. There was another site that listed other products that were inexpensive that had this ingredient Triclosan in it.http://www.nextag.com/. I'm just wondering are these soaps safe? If anyone has any knowledge about this please, I welcome your feed back.
