thanks for the info.. I just got back from a convalescent supply looking for enema and stethescope but they don't carry either ..don't know if we got a medical supply store around here so I guess I will be ordering them online..

just kinda worried bout doing a flush without doing an enema cause of all the junk I got in my liver LOL...
but its time to do another one ..I am gonna order what I need today and then do a flush when I get the stuff I need..between house rennovations and all I have lost track of doing what I should anyways ..

just wonder ..could I clean my enema bag with hydrogen peroxide maybe ? just concerned about the stains being possible mold ya know and I don't want anything to do wif that stuff .. I rinse it out good each time but when I have to use regular organinc coffee it turns the bag dark looking ..go figger huh ..so only thing I am doing now is the castor oil packs nightly ..

as for the cayenne powder ..whew! I know that stuff is hot ..that stuff is very potent.. as for making tinture well I made the echancia tincture last full moon and have yet to pour it up so I bet it will be good and strong by the time I do ... grin.. I think I will make a little bit of cayenne tincture and c what happens ..good idea that I just got affirmation that I can do..
