For the post-nasal drip I'd use a neti pot to wash the gunk out of your nose. The other best way to clear your sinuses is to lean over a pot of boiling water with a towel over you head, putting drops of eucalyptus oil in the boiling water as you breathe in. I do the neti pot after that to get out what the steam losened up.

My eye twitched for 6 weeks after I put one of my best friends in a nursing home while she was dying of a brain tumor - definitely from stress. I never had the problem before or since then.

That barely addresses your problems, but I hope it helps.
