Hi Christihzlwd,

This is a very difficult question to answer, It really depends on how pure and clean your water is. Depending on the country where you live, the water’s purity can be different.

I am now presuming that you are living in the United States of America, most tap water from a municipal supply in this country is clean enough for enemas. If you live in a rural area where well water is used than you need to have the water tested for bacterial and chemical contamination.

So I hope that this answers your question. If your are taking frequent  enemas then add salt to the coffee solution otherwise you can skip the salt.
