Sorry to hear you have been having such a tough time with this issue. I've had similar experiences with Doctors not being very encouraging and not having much of a solution for me. However, I don't blame them, since they are trained to follow a certain protocol, and if the case doesn't fit, it can be quite challenging for them to do much.
These are some of the reasons as to why I've chosen to go more natural and holistic. I still believe that doctors have their place, but I find that most of my health needs have been taken care of by more proactive and natural methods.
As a holistic health professional I am not in a position to diagnose or treat any ailment, thus, all I offer is education that I believe may be useful to you in having other options than what you've currently had.
There is so much that I can probably share with you on this ulcer and h.pylori matter, but instead of writing it all, it may be worth your while to listen to a presentation I recently came across that may help you out. It was a presentation on Digestive Dilemas - and it spent a good deal of time on Ulcers and H.Pylori. (Press here to listen to it).
Personally, I wouldn't completely rule out H.Pylori, for many tests don't pick it up until it is pretty far along, and often one can be asymptomatic (no symptoms). A few questions that I'm wondering if you've considered. First and foremost, do you beleive that your body can heal? If so, do you want to heal? (I know they may sound obvious and silly, but are very important questions and answers to begin a healing process)
Next, has leaky gut been ruled out? Your reactions to foods may be caused if undigested matter is going past the digestive system directly into your bloodstream. If this is indeed the case you may consider following the H.Pylori program even though you may not have H.Pylori, because the program itself focuses on rebuilding the digestive protective layer and in the process you may find that your ulcers may be reduced and/or eliminated.
As I said, I can probably go on and on. But I think you would be better served by listening to the presentation and taking notes on some resources that may provide you relief and hope.
I do send you healing thoughts and stay hopeful. The power that created the body ahs the power to heal, I invite you to consider this mindset.
Blessings and wishing you health,
bodymindsuccess
