Hello
Dont now what type of food poisening it was, but it come from eating lettuce. womiting and diarrhoea for three days, ended it by stopping eating for some days.

Have stopped cleansing for 15 weeks now so i was planning doing another ten days colon cleaning clarke method and then using stronger probitics too improve my digestion. all food i eat start bubling as soon as it enter the belly and i am constipaded.
