One thing though...is there a point where its ability to be an adaptogen will wear off or down? Obviously I don't want to rely on this forever.

The thinking is: to keep my adrenals calm...long enough...so I can use IF #1 and IF#2 to get my colon clean and then work up from there...kidneys, liver, use your lung tincture (or can this be done during the cleansing?)

You rule...I just spent $550 on a naturopath who performed all sorts of tests without explaining them and then sent me out the door with a bag full of supplements!

I'm following you from now on, wholeheartedly! Thanks for being a beacon of light in some pretty shady times!
