Hi slimmern,

You said you had food poisoning while in Ghana on board a ship, can you tell me what kind of food poisoning? Could it be that you contracted some bacterial infection?

You need to make sure that you do not have any serious infection before continuing with your cleanse. My only suggestion is that you stop your cleanse and just stay with your diet. Give your system a rest. See what happens and try to listen to your body.
