1st AM Urine. Saliva is measured once in awhile at this time - seems to be close to the same - usuall .1 or .2 higher than urine.

I drastically cut down on fruit - starting yesterday... and my tongue is coated white today.. and my sinus is draining heavily...?? WOW.
