This is exactly how i feel. I haven't dry fasted, but just drinking "only to thirst" (which for me there seems to be a fine line between drinking too little and drinking too much) caused me to have the same issue with urination that was almost but not quite painful. It made me, for now, err on the side of having a little too much, rather than risking having too little... though perhaps i am being too cautious? I am still drinking probably half as much as compared to my previous fasts.
