Hello, all. I am currently cleansing myself of candida and am adhereing to the candida diet. One the diet guidlelines is that only pure/bottle water can be consumed. I also purchased an enema bucket a while back, and in the instructions it says that the enema solution should be made with pure/bottled water. Is this true? Can I use tap water for my solution or do I need to use pure water? Also, last time I did an enema,I think the soltuion was too hot. What's the desired temp. for the solution?
