I have tried coffee enemas several times over a period on months... but, never one or two days in a row. My objective is Liver Cleaning as part of Arthritis help.
This AM I had a two quart coffee enema as per direction posted here. This was followed by two 2qt plain waster enemas in order to become empty. I did not experience the sensation described as a release from the liver. How do I know if the procedure was effective? Incidentally, I held the coffee in excess of 20 minutes. I am goint ot try another 2 qt. coffee enema this afternoon but without the preliminary plain water washout. Also, on the same subject, it seems to take a long time to empty myself. Are there any thoughts on expedient ways of emptying ones self of two or three quarts of enema solution. Thanks for your insights and advice.
