The same thing happens to me that is why I use the LD kelp. I don't have any kidney problems...but I remember people asking me that same question when I use to use elemental iodine because I could not use the salt pushes along with it. I would get a terrible pressure on my solar plexus area. Perhaps similar to your fullness?
