I have tried a cold brewed coffee enema, and here is my experience, for what it is worth. :-) I always always use Organic Coffee. I brew it and then let it sit for a bit as I first flush out with just warm water. I then add the coffee, about 2 cups with about 2 cups of water. I brew my coffee STRONG, so you may have to adjust this. I have also used coffee straight with no dilution, but no matter which way you go, make sure to follow the coffee enema with a plain warm water flush with probiotic if possible. If you are able, try to hold the coffee in for ten to twenty minutes. Good luck!
