I am not very experienced with coffee enemas, I've done two in my life. I am embarking on my third and possibly more and I am wondering if anyone has tried using toddy coffee (cold brewed) for an enema. I imagine that since it is better for you to drink it is probably better for enemas too. I am soaking a batch to use for an enema right now but I am not sure how to dilute it once it is ready. any suggestions?
