Be sure you go in for at least a couple more sessions. My second trip (a week later) was an incredible experience. Much more productive than the first. I was amazed at what all came out of me. They introduced coffee this time. I feel 10 lbs lighter and 10 years younger. I'm going in for one more next week. Good luck on your progress. Tom
