I see that Tom has answered your question below already, but I thought that I would confirm what he wrote. I can take 10 to 12 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at a time and not feel any nausea or diahrrea...not that I take that much anymore. I take a maintenance dose of 5 or 6 drops once or twice a week, just to "keep on top of things", in case I have been exposed to any pathogens.
