too tricky for this simple mind. Just an asteroid. Chiron IS the rainbow bridge. That's sharing enough.

about the waterfall breathing--i know I wrote of it somewhere around CZ. It's pretty mind-blowing. I tried it the first time on a very crowded bus from the retreat centre where I was chef, to the big city for my "day off". A large man sat next to me, a smoker, as were many of the passengers -- who availed themselves of that at every available stop, available since the driver too was a smoker.

There wasn't much air--and I'd just heard of the concept.

I closed my eyes, and just envisioned the place of my choice. It's amazingly easy, since the body kind of just wants to *go there* You keep breathing mindfully, in this manner, and lo and behold, when we arrived in the city, with all its choking fumes (my day "off", remember)I felt as fresh as a proverbial daisy.

You might enjoy listening to Jasmuheeen Nick on this subject. I just saw she has an audio on breathing (all about prana) to dowload for about 5.00. I like her ambition. What better time than a Water Fast to contemplate getting more out of
simply breathing?
