I admit when I first came across the term "leaky gut" about nine years ago, it frightened me, and I was soon convinced i had it! The one good thing was I did not go chasing after a doctor to tell me that I DID. I started looking and looking, reading and reading, ecause i knew that eventuually I would uncover the truth, and that the truth would turn out to be very simple, and not something only the rich could know.
