i was just wondering: what is the best position to do a coffee enema? i think i read that you do it lying on your left side... is there a reason why you do it that way? i used to do it lying on my right side, but i have my doubts as to whether that's a good position for a coffee enema...

also: what is the ideal length to hold a coffee enema? i think i'm a bit weird because often i find it so easy to hold it, even without cleansing enemas, especially if i do it right after my morning bm. so if there's any advantage to holding it for a long long time, i could do it i think... right now i'm stopping at around 20 minutes, in case it's harmful to hold it longer...
