Hi sweety,

Thank you for replying. In regards to the liver cleanse, must i purchase certain drugs/mixes at stores or are there any home made ingredients i can use to do that? I think i will start my lower calorie diet and start working out again and as im doing that, i can start doing the one day fasts on a weekly basis, and like u said work my way up to three and 4 day fasts. i didnt like the salt water flush from the master cleanse, i almost vomited every morning from it and the poop tea was equally as disturbing.....i always got greeat results from fiber one cereal but if im fasting i cant take that....any ideas? i mean, when im doing the fasts to make sure i go big time.also if i do juice fasts do i have to have a juicer?
