Good to read such an inspirational post about lowering high blood pressure.
I need to get where you are. I dropped all meds (Norvasc being my BP Med) and was looking for a way to normalize my BP.
Can you advise as to what brand you used aand where you purchased it? How many mg you took per day?
I would appreciate the advice.
