I've only very recently began experimenting with this so there may be much better ways to do this than what I've tried so far.
You could try this:
Make the juice of 6 apples
add two tablespoons of Sugar to it
add 2 teaspoons of probiotic powder to it
Cap, and let ferment for three days in a dark area that will have a somewhat constant temperature.
Be sure to put the mixture into a jar that has plenty of room for expansion.
Every so often, you will want to ever so gently loosen the lid to allow excess pressure to escape, and to also save yourself from cleaning up a huge mess in case the bottle cracks.
Benefits I've noticed from this were increased energy, vitality, strong sense of well-being, and a super elevated mood. Decrease in aches and pains.
