Dry hair and skin can be a symptom of hypothyroidism. Do you have any other symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, muscle aches, intolerance to cold, or brittle nails? If so, I'd get your thyroid tested as many women with Mirenas end up with thyroid problems.
