Hey thanks guys for your cleaning and storing instructions. I carried much of it out ready for my 3rd enema.

i just done my 3rd enema. Alot of bits and bobs came out...must be good :D

However afterwards though i feel great, i became a touch weezy. I am a asthma suffer, so i dont know what to make of it, anyone any ideas?

Another thing i noticed is that while the enema is filling up in you...how long does this take? It seems to take a while...about 7-10 mins...is that right? Or should i put the bag higher? Does this count to how long i hold it in for? or is it once u have emptied the bag completly.
