Congratulations on your success! As Art said taking an enema gets less and less frightening with experience and as you gain confidence you will be able to relax more and more.

Use a good laundry bleach (5% solution) to soak the nozzle and the tubing. Also slosh the solution in the bag for a few minutes. Rinse everything thoroughly with hot water. Then hang the kit to dry before putting it away. I hang my enema bag in my clothes closet. Hang a cloth over it.

Unrefined salt can be from any origin, such as a salt mine while Sea Salt is unrefined salt from the sea. Most health food store carry Sea Salt . I would prefer Sea Salt .
