 Wow love all the government references! But Someone should tell mother nature they have her number,, If she keeps continuing to put calcium and iron together in almost all her foods she will violate codex alimentarius and be imprisoned soon.


Yes #84993 take Johnny Apple Bombs advice, blackstrap molasses with plenty of absorbable Iron and Calcium and other essential minerals.

Plant sources also contain vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron so it counters the blocking action of the calcium. Calcium supplements are a different story.
