Hello again, Dawn
While I take a number of enemas per session, most of the time I do a series only once in a 7 - 10 day period. Some of the people who come here have limitations on their use of enemas. There is, as you know, a lot of stigma around enemas. I am fortunate. My wife comes from a family of committed enema users as I did. With her multiple sclerosis and the fact that she has np feeling below the waist, she no longer chooses to do them. They would have to be done on the bed...which presents a loty of problems. Two women live downstairs from us. One is my wife's caretaker. They have very good hearing. Sooo . . .soon after they moved in, I calmly and matter of factly told them that I frequently do series of enemas and that they need not run upstairs to see if I'm sick if they her a lot of water running and flushing.
I think the largest number of enemas I've done in one session is five. That takes a couple of hours.
I'll be glad to share my procedure for taking a coffee enema, but there are a number of spots here in CureZone that are very helpful. Read as many as you can...and choose the most sensible approach. Start with a relatively small amount of coffee per quart of water. Work up slowly if you have no buzzy, anxious responses.
If you do a coffee enema in a quiet place and retain it for 12 - 15 minutes, you can actually feel and HEAR the bile and toxins emptying out of the liver. It's a bit frightening the first time if you don't know what to expect. (Your liver will be processing your total blood system through the liver four or five times during the retention).
I don't recall if I said this before. One of the reasons for doing cleansing enemas prior to the coffee enema is to have a clean and receptive colon. Makes the coffee work more efficiently.
Keep up the questions...
