Cellular hydration can only occur if the water we consume is in single-water-molecule form. This is Nobel Science (http://nobelprize.org/nobel_prizes/chemistry/laureates/2003/public.html) and has undergone over 2 decades of scientific scrutiny.

This is the Science I trust. I truly don't understand the "structured water" theories. Any ideas on how it would increase hydration?

I agree also that "stirred", distilled water, with a good ionic mineral supplement is probably the best choice for us to drink.
