Hi all.

new here but have done The Master Cleanse before. I am overweight by about 50 pounds and feel super toxic from smoking a pack of cigs a day and eating garbage non stop. i want to get back to qorking out every day and eating healthy and wanted to ask which fast might be best to start me off on the roght foot,. maybe to flush out all the crap in my system....a cleansing of sorts....master cleanse again? juice fast? how long? can i do The Master Cleanse if i dont have a juicer?
