I'd wait til tomorrow. You ate fat in your breakfast. As far as I know oatmeal isn't 100% fat free, plus you put butter on it. Fine for a normal day but not a flush day.

Try it if you want, but you probably wont have good results without being fat free. At least in my experience thats how it works.
