The reason my aunt called was to tell me that my uncle has Shingles and they are looking for alternatives. The doctor gave him pain pills and sent him home.

I did some reading and MH suggests Olive Leaf and Oregano.

I read, also, to take 2oz of garlic oil and add a ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper to it to make an emollition use a cotton ball to dab on to the out break area. The garlic kills the virus and the cayenne stops the pain.

Any other suggestions?
