Hi All,

It's the afternoon of flush 3 and I'm happy to report great success. The first went well, 2nd not so good 2 weeks later.

This time I increased the doses slightly (slightly more Epsom Salts , oil and orange/lemon mix). Boom!

This time I started passing rubbish, then stones after just the first Epsom Salts at 7pm (by 8.30 it was running through me!).

I attribute this to not only the extra salts, but also eating very well the day prior and on the day only some fruit and a tomato ciabatta with tomatoes in. Plus I've started running 5K every other work day at lunchtime, I've only done this 3x but it seems to be really the extra help my body needed to get everything moving (previously I've been doing sporadic exercise, but decided now was the right time to go full tilt).

About 500 stones of varying sizes so far and it is slowing but not stopped yet.

I'm going to take an alkalising drink in a while and then see how it goes from here.

Also I am 2 days from finishing my parasite cleanse, I feel energised enough to cope with the inlaws (to be)this weekend and going flower shopping (for our wedding) and even shopping for the mother inlaws dress (being a stereotypical man in terms of shopping this is really something!).
